I am not dead

I am not dead, nor am I sleeping.
I am in the presence of my Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
Do not grieve for me, I have gone home.
Home is where the heart is.
My heart has ever been in Heaven.
I have waited a long time to go there.
I have many loved ones there, too many to count.
They are waiting for me.
They will be my welcoming party, to greet me home.
I have not lost my life. I have gained eternal life.
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not dead.
I am not asleep.
